Grains: Colorado 2 Row Malt, White Wheat, Flaked Oats and Munich Malt
Hops: CTZ, Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe
Brewer’s Notes: Generous amount of late boil hop additions balanced with white wheat and Munich malt. Nice nose and flavor from the hops without the “punch in the mouth” bitterness.
